We are looking for people aged 65+ who have either bought a Villa in a retirement village on the Northshore in the last 4 years or who are actively looking to buy a Villa or 2 bedroom apartment on the Northshore to be involved in a 90 minute interview about retirement living options.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
