Spray paint dots on footpaths
Hi does anyone know why spray painted dots ( in bright pink) would be put on the footpath outside our house and two neighbouring houses?
Our neighbour thinks they council is marking gas lines - but they have recently just re tar sealed the road. My partner has a more sinster idea that gang prospects are marking houses to rob. Any answers welcome please.
