Russia is the world's number two producer of aluminium after China.
Aluminium is the second most consumed metal in the world.
Canada is at full production and unable to meet the deficit in America.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
