Torbay Playcentre is hosting a movie night fundraiser at Event Cinemas Albany (Thurs 10th May 8.30pm) featuring the hilarious new comedy “Tully”. Enjoy a fun night out with your friends, family, and neighbours seeing a fantastic movie that will resonate with all parents while fundraising for a great cause! A win-win!
All proceeds will go towards the much needed upgrade of Torbay Playcentre’s outdoor play space.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
