Avgolemono!
I am hoping someone has an ‘authentic’ Avgolemono (Greek lemon soup) recipe? Also advice on how to stop it turning into an omelette at the bottom of the pot???
I ran out of money on Mykonos a lifetime ago and the old woman who ran the cafe I ate at would put meat in the soup I ordered even tho I paid for the vego version.
Ended living there for 2 years!

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
