Awesome to see Tairawhiti listening to tamariki voices with the smoke-free Kaiti Mall initiative being launched on Children’s Day, this Sunday 4 March!
“The launch of the smoke-free initiative will be the main component of this year’s Children’s Day,” said event organiser Wendy Miller.
Ka Pai Kaiti manager Tuta Ngarimu said they always encouraged tamariki to speak up. “They want a smoke-free mall and we will support that. It’s simple really but with far-reaching positive outcomes.”
