Yin Yoga

Sue from Mount Maunganui

Have you tried Yin Yoga? Great for getting deeply into fascia tissue, getting those joints more mobile -getting into 'tight' areas that seem to just stay 'stuck' and especially good for learning to breathe correctly and still that racing mind.Helps to soothe anxiety.
Yin is like chocolate for the body, mind and soul. You do not and need to be super flexible-or have lots of Yoga knowledge . Most poses are done whilst on the floor -sitting or lying down uses LOTS of props to assist .
I am a qualified experienced Yoga Teacher, I teach at Tauranga Yoga Centre and privately. I have a Yin yoga class coming up on Saturday 24th February at Tga yoga centre 173 Elizabeth St, West Tga .
Tme: 1-3.30pm
Cost; $35
