Cliff Top Diamond In the Rough - 1 Hurdlow Place, Manly
Listed by Jeremy & Cheryl Milton, Bayleys Whangaparaoa
Auction 1.00 pm Thursday 8th March 2018 (unless sold prior)
Open Home Sunday 11-11.30 pm
It is rare to find a cliff top property with northerly aspect overlooking Manly Bay and the Hauraki Gulf at an affordable price but this home could do with a repaint and maybe some refurbishment, however, the prime location allows close proximity to Manly and Stanmore Bay beaches, the Leisure Centre, Local schools, shopping and cafes and is highly sort after. The private 819 sqm site is level with the road and contours down to the cliff edge reserve with its mature natural bush providing an attractive foreground to the exceptional sea views.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
