While retirement is typically a happy, relaxing time of life Age Concern says for some it can be very difficult as they experience a sense of loss, self worth and a lack of purpose.
We understand this is a sensitive topic, but we want to chat with a retiree who has initially struggled with retirement and may have felt these, or similar emotions.
