In our modern world, the pace of life is growing faster and we are losing touch with our true inner peace . Meditation is time taken for quiet reflection and silence. It gives us the power to choose positive thoughts over those which are negative. We begin to create healthier and happier relationships and change our lives in a positive way.

This course will give an introduction to the practice of meditation. Some of the topics covered are thought patterns, the soul/body connection and connection of the soul with a higher power.

The course is run over three sessions:
12 February, 14 February and 19 February 2018
6.00 pm to 7.30 pm

Repair of slot car and Meccano remote control car

Can anyone recommend someone capable of fixing these two items at minimal cost. They are both battery operated but neither are working even with new batteries inserted.
