Brilliant fly chaser

Peter from Central Whangarei

At Christmas I was in Hammer Hardware in Kamo and saw a device called Shoo Away. It is a battery operated helicopter thing that sits on the table and when turned on flies disappear instantly. Also now leave it running over our fruit bowl wonderful. No chemicals are used, only 2 AA batteries. Cost just under $30

Rubbish dumping

Paul from Central Whangarei

Can whoever is dumping their rubbish down the bank on Memorial Drive please stop. The Pack and Save bags for life that you're using are probably just as expensive as the council rubbish bags that you can also buy at Pack and Save.

Poll: If we want to reduce speeding, what do you think actually changes driver behaviour? 🛻🚨🚓

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

In the Post's article on speeding penalties, the question is asked whether speeding fines are truly about road safety, or are they just a way to boost revenue for the Crown?

What do you think? Should speeding motorists receive speeding fines or demerit points?
