Dead Cat 😿
Hi everyone, biking down the Unilever end of Cuba st and came across a dead cat on side the footpath. The cat looks like it was hit by a car.
The cat itself looks like it’s been taken care of and someone may own it and also could be a stray.... There is no collar. The cat is tabby, looks male as it’s a medium to large cat. I was going to post photos and decided not to as it may trigger. I moved the cat to underneath a tree next to the Unilever building and have placed some flowers around it. If anyone is looking for a cat of this description and if this is your cat, I’m really sad too. Big hugs.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
