New Year's Eve and alcohol
It is that time of year when many of us enjoy a few drinks to see the new year in. This new year please ensure you have a plan in place to look after your mates, particularly around water and alcohol. These two simply don't mix. Be a hero and don't let a mate drive or go in the water after drinking. We want you all to see in the new year safely.

Our suggestion to you: Did you know you can grate and freeze excess courgettes to use in chocolate cake later? It sounds a bit dodgy, but it makes the cake incredibly moist ... and hey, it counts as a serving of veg, right? 🍫
