Down Sizing- Looking for our Next Dream Home (one -Five acres)

Chris from Warkworth

We are down-sizing from our lifestyle block. Need one to three acres.

I thought I would put it out there in case you were thinking of selling or may have friends or family/ or just aquaintances who may have mentioned a move in the near future.
Sadly nothing on the market at present has tugged at my heart strings.
Could it be Yours??
Our Needs/Wants are 1-3 acres of flat to gently rolling, large shed/s, pretty outlook, water or a spring, Lots of sunshine from morning till evening, comfy one level open plan home with three/four bedrooms please call Chris 0211352938 or 094222595 please no agents as I am up to date on searches hence my request to the general public I would be eternally greatful for any leads that may help me find our next happy home. Merry Christmas to you all and may you have a properous new year. cheers chris

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
