To celebrate the hard work of Southlanders, South Alive is planning a world record attempt and hopes to get the wider community involved.
More than 250 people are expected to line up and take part in creating the longest human chain of people patting each other on the back, with the hopes of their story and photos to be published in an upcoming Guinness World Records book.
