Place making - workshops!
Greening the Rubble and the Phillipstown Community Hub are going to build an extraordinary, astonishing, marvellous outdoor gathering space for the people of Phillipstown to use. We are going to start workshops and…..
…..we want you
We are looking for people with all sorts of skills, or wanting to learn skills.
Work sessions will be on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9am-12 noon and 1pm - 4pm.
Possibly other days also. You don’t have to stay the whole time, but you do need to be there for the safety training at the start of each session.
We are hoping to start building early November and be finished by Christmas.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
