New highway surfaces
The NZ Transport Agency has begun its summer state highway resurfacing programme for the Wairarapa. Neighbours will be notified prior to resurfacing in their area.
Coming soon:
- Greytown, from McMaster St to Wood St, resurfacing with asphalt. Wednesday 1 November, Thursday 2 November, Sunday 5 November
- Masterton, from Vivian St to Manchester St, several patches repaired, ahead of resurfacing works at a later date. Tuesday 31 October, Wednesday 1 November
- These are night-time works: 7pm-5.30am
