My name is Rachael, I live in Papamoa and have recently launched my own blog. So I thought why not introduce myself to some awesome locals! I am super excited to share Curious Kale as it's something I am really passionate about and would love to build an epic community of like minded peeps. Curious yet?
In a nutshell, I am all about deep belly laughing, creating adventures out of the small stuff, providing simple, wholesome food to nourish your family and keeping it real! I really dig growing my own produce to inspire healthy meals for the family. “Fresh inspiration to fuel your belly and mind”
