Bottom floor apartment below our house available to rent; preferably on a short term basis but will consider longer term case by case. Rent includes power, wifi, sky and weekly cleaning. Linen that is changed weekly can be included for an extra charge. Comes fully furnished. There is a dog and cat that live on site, they shouldn't bother you but probably not ideal for people with phobias or allergies. touch.trademe.co.nz... study nook, bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe, large storage cupboard. Small kitchenette but no sink in kitchenette, you will need to use bathroom sink.
