Hi Neighbours. Diamond Mindfield MIND SKILLS seminars have been created to make a positive and lasting difference in the lives of participants by describing a modern understanding of the human mind, and by teaching practical techniques to more firmly manage and direct it.

The more we learn about how the mind works, the more we learn what its rules are, and how to use those rules to achieve practical lasting change for the better in relationships, mental well-being, authentic happiness and daily effectiveness.
