Pick-up and drop-off is always a busy time at the school gate. With these chilly winter mornings upon us the urge to want to drop the kids off right outside the school gate is tempting. Help protect our kids by parking further away from school gates and parking only in designated car parks. Keeping our kids safe depends on you!
Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?
As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
