Next Steps - Exercise Program for Cancer Survivors

Next Steps is a fully funded program sponsored by the New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation and the PINC and Steel Cancer Rehabilitation Trust. It involves group exercise classes using a bit of yoga, Pilates, Step and meditation. It is also fun.
The 'classes' are held in our clinic on Wednesday mornings and are run by Allison, our PINC and Steel Cancer Rehab Physiotherapist.
These classes are FREE to all cancer survivors, men and women!
