The house has 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms and two lounge spaces. Bathroom and kitchen are modern and spacious. It has extensive decks, vege garden, fruit trees and great views. The cost is $150 plus $30 for power, unlimited internet and gas per week. You will be sharing the house with three mature, friendly, interestin­g and independen­t women of different ages. My mind tends to wander:
I do not see any problem with regifting it back to the person who gave it, they obviously liked it. In fact, that might work out well as you buy the present you want, then gift it to someone you know who will gift it back.
Perfect, no decision needs to be made about Xmas presents
