Last Monday the leading story on our Stuff website was the Whittaker's chocolate company revival of the toffee milk chocolate bar. This had the media asking what sweet treats people would like to see returned next and what prized New Zealand lollies may have their production shifted overseas.We want to know what your favourite discontinued treat is. As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
