Accidents and delays have been causing massive traffic jams for commuters this week and recent figures show morning drivers here can spend 72 per cent more time stuck than if they made the same trip in free-flowing traffic. Is traffic getting worse? And what can we do about it? Comments may be used in the Upper Hutt Leader unless you state otherwise with NFP (not for print)
