Accidents and delays have been causing massive traffic jams for commuters this week and recent figures show morning drivers here can spend 72 per cent more time stuck than if they made the same trip in free-flowing traffic. Volunteers will be scouring the foreshore, riverbanks, and islands for rubbish on Saturday the 13th as part of the Clean Up the Hutt event.
