Photo shoot to empower women affected by abuse
Anna Cannon wants to give women who have survived abuse back their confidence.
Cannon has partnered with Winton-based photographer Megan Graham to organise a photo shoot for women survivors of abuse.
The photo shoot was a part of the Tall Poppy Productions multimedia exhibition Innocence Project - 40 Years On which will run during Mental Health Week in October.
The project consists of a play, written by Anna Cannon, based on the story of a girl who was abused at a young age and an exhibition of artworks about mental health and abuse.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
