Old Countdown Central site in Rangiora.
There's been a few rumors circulating regarding what could happen with the old Countdown Rangiora Central site.
After making some phone calls, the Northern Outlook can confirm that neither Rebel Sport nor Number One Shoe Warehouse have plans to move into the building. A Waimakariri District Council spokesperson said there had as yet been no resource consent lodged to council regarding the site.
We will continue to follow the matter and will run a story when we have an update.
Have a great weekend team.
