DON'T FORGET - tomorrow’s Bike & Brunch is being held at the Surf Lifesaving Clubrooms, behind Ocean Spa on Marine Parade, Napier, from 10am to 12pm. As well as finding out all about E-bikes (pedal assisted bikes), go for an accompanied bike ride and have a delicious brunch, there’ll be the opportunity to hear about one retirees AMAZING HEALTH AND WEIGHT-LOSS TRANSFORMATION after she took up E-biking. E-biking is suitable for ALL ages (so bring your mum!).
