My wife & I spent a few evenings clearing out our house to go on the market & a number of car loads up to your place at all hours. Was so convenient coming & going when it suited us as we both work long hours. The agents were amazed with how much larger our house looked AND we got 2 cars into our garage (Haven't done that for years!!). Our agent feels we obtained $$$$ more for our sale due to the presentation and de-cluttering. We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
