Blue Line bus detouring away from Hackthorne Rd Wednesday 25 Jan
On Wednesday 25th January between 9am and 4pm all buses travelling towards Cashmere will detour away from part of Hackthorne Rd while road works are carried out. Buses will detour off Colombo St onto Dyers Pass Rd and back onto Hackthorne Rd to end their trips at the terminus. Passengers wanting to go to Cashmere Rd and Princess Margaret Hospital need to tell the driver as an extension to the detour will occur if requested. If requested buses will detour off Colombo St onto Cashmere Rd to Princess Margaret Hospital then turn around, travel back up Cashmere Rd onto Dyers Pass Rd and back onto Hackthorne Rd to end the trips.
Buses travelling towards the city are not affected so passengers that need to be dropped along Hackthorne Rd can remain on the bus and be dropped off when it starts its next trip. View detour map attached.
