Do you think NZ parents deserve better postnatal education while pregnant? Sign this petition to add you support...

Philippa from Rangiora

Hi all. I hope this post is okay here. Please feel free to delete admin if not and accept my apologies. I thought it might hit accord for some of you and your'd like to show your support...

This petition is about bringing an awareness and seeing New Zealand parents are offered IN-DEPTH postnatal education while pregnant. It will be delivered to The House of Representatives. If you feel that this kind of focused, government funded education is a beneficial step for our parents and newborns, your support by sharing and signing the petition would be greatly appreciated.

And with kindness I say, if you want to like this post then that's great but can I urge you to please, please take the time to sign the petition instead or too - that AND SHARING the post is what's going to count! <3

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?

Automation (or the “unpaid shift”) is often described as efficient ... but it tends to benefit employers more than consumers.

We want to know: What do you think about automation?
Are you for, or against?
