Lithgow Street Community Garden Working Bee

This Saturday the 21st January we will be having a working bee at the Lithgow Street Community Garden from 11am - 2pm, refreshments provided. It would be fantastic to have some people from the neighborhood come and get involved.
We are also looking for local residents to be part of a management group for the garden. I am hoping to form a group of around 10 people from the community to be in this group. Being part of this group would involve a seasonal meeting (4 a year) around planning for the garden, including what we will plant, where, soil care and infrastructure. If you are interested in this role, message me here or pop into the Environment Centre or Contact Chris at Eastside Baptist Church and leave your name and number.
