Life is busy and as Cantabrians, we’ve had more than our fair share of challenges and changes. All Right? as a Healthy Christchurch initiative led by the Canterbury District Health Board and the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand has a number of tools and resources that can assist with groups and individuals. Colourful posters, postcards, flyers and bookmarks are available for organisations (and individuals) to download that will not only provide some inspiration, but can also brighten up your spaces. Just a few of the many examples of these themes are;

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
