Home maintenance checklist
Building or renovating a home is an exciting experience. It’s also one of the biggest investments you will make, so you probably want to keep your home in great condition for years to come.
Here are a few questions to consider when looking to build or renovate:
• Do you know which materials used in your home require ongoing care and maintenance?
• Do you know how often and how to maintain these materials?
• Do you know who to contact if anything starts leaking, squeaking or cracking?

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
