Time Bank Waimakariri
Thanks to those who came to the meeting this evening to discuss the possibility of re-starting Timebank Waimakariri. We had a wide ranging discussion about the practicalities of setting the timebank up and whether there was a will to explore this further.
We concluded that there was sufficient interest to continue and to hold a further meeting to give those who couldn't come tonight a chance to hear further about the idea. One key conclusion from tonight's meeting was that we needed a strong, committed, interested group to support the idea.
We will try to organise a follow-up meeting in towards the end of November at a time and place which will make it possible for more people to attend.
