ConTact C.A.R.E is a Martial Arts based discipline focusing in 'The Nature of Stillness'.
We recognise that the skeleton defends itself automatically when impacted by surprise, causing the skeleton to go into sensory shock and trapping us in the 'fight or flight' response. The impacted bone becomes a hard, immobile, and heavy; the body then compensates to maintain balance, causing your 'felt' pain, tension, and stiff joints. The method is completely pain free, if you've tried everything and nothing has seemed to fully resolve your injury - then this is for you!
