I am a Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor with 10 years experience in the field, working with some of the top athletes and sports teams from around the world. I have been working in Auckland for the last 8 years and my skill set includes primal movement, HIIT/circuit training, bodybuilding, strength and conditioning, meditation, breathwork and massage/release work.

My philosophy is Holistic Wellness. Training the mind, body and spirit to become the optimum version of ourselves. I can teach you how to develop daily practices such as breathwork, ice baths, strength training, yoga, meditation, nutrition and much more.

I mainly work out of City Fitness in Albany and City Kickboxing in Morningside but I am available for home training too.
