Viv D'Or Law

Viv d’Or Law is a law firm with a big heart and genuine passion for helping our clients resolve their Employment & Family Law issues, ease their minds, and win their cases. Our clients tell us they really appreciate our pragmatic approach to resolving their issues promptly. Our resolution focused mindset resolves more than 98% of our cases through negotiation which prevents costly litigation.
We believe everyone should have a Will and Enduring Powers of Attorney in-case they ever lose their capacity to make personal decisions about themselves or their property in the future. The Enduring Powers of Attorney guide the people you appointed to act on your behalf (called Attorney’s) on what your wishes are and how to carry them out should you ever become too unwell to do so yourself.

At Viv d’Or Law we are passionate about Wills, Trusts and Enduring Powers of Attorney because we have seen the effect on families when their Mums or Dads or Partners affairs are not in order when they have passed away. Viv has personal experience as her mum suffered from Alzheimer's for several years before she passed away and having an Enduring Power of Attorney assisted the Attorney to make medical decisions in her best interests. We do free home visits for the elderly which is often more comfortable for them.

Our clients have advised that they and their families all experienced peace of mind once they updated their Wills and signed off their Enduring Powers of Attorney.

Please call Viv on 0800 Viv d'Or (0800 848367) or phone/text 021 242 3200 for your appointment who would be delighted to assist you.
