Uplift Float Center focuses on mind/body health. Sensory isolation tanks allow individuals to de-stress and experience meditative relaxation by floating in heavily concentrated magnesium salts which allows bouyancy for all. Floating in warm water, in silence and darkness quiets the brain and allows our little used theta waves to begin their natural healing.
We offer a new infrared sauna experience which is a special winter treat, but useful year round to promote immune system health through detoxification and reducing inflammation. It is purported to assist in weight loss, healing and--we can vouch personally--sleep!
Recently opened Studio Uplift from the Vanguard St. entrance offers Jiu Jitzu and yoga classes.
