Total Yoga New Zealand

Total Yoga is a unique format that comprises of three classes a week on alternate days; each day we teach a different style, Vinyasa Flow, Classic Hatha and Power Yoga. Every class includes Pranayam and Meditation. Classes are open for all levels and is for anyone who is looking to get fit, maintain fitness, reduce stress levels or just improve lifestyle. It is a holistic journey towards making yoga a lifestyle, and instilling mindfulness in everyday living. Total Yoga's goal is to take yoga off the mat and into the community by doing Karma yoga initiatives, Corporate wellness, Yoga Retreats and other community events. We also do Personal sessions for people who have specific goals and want to train for specific events. Classes are starting from 18th September Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 9:15am and Saturday 8:30
