It's Todd here, your local Handyperson.

I've recently made the move down to Christchurch after servicing the New Plymouth and greater Taranaki region as Todd's Total Property Services.

There's a never-ending list of odd jobs people and their properties need help with and it can be quite a daunting task calling around to find all the various Tradies needed to get all your bits and pieces done.

One to fix your fence.
One to replace your smoke alarms.
Another to silicone your shower.
Another to mow your lawns.
One more to cut down a dead tree.
Someone else to do weeding.
Another to replace your wobbly door handle.
A technician to fix your PC.
A carpet cleaning specialist to clean that one spot.
Some other person to fix that hole in the wall the door handle made.
A gutter cleaning person.
A painter to prep and paint your north facing wall and another to wash the south facing wall.
Then someone else to come an mulch up all your garden waste and spread it around the garden to suppress the weeds, contain the moisture and feed the soil.
A window guy to replace that cracked putty.

What you need is one semi pro, always friendly, all round handy, tool hoarding fella who actually enjoys the work he does, who your can trust, to take care of all those pesky little jobs with a smile.

I'm implementing a variable rate as to help service a broad spectrum of the community.

"(G)Old card" Wednesdays $40/Hr Because every dollar counts.
"Tradie Rate" Tuesdays and Thursdays $50/Hr Because you worked for your money.
"Professionals and landlords" Mondays and Fridays $60/Hr Because time is money.
"Old Money" Weekend rates: $70/Hr Because Golf.

You obviously don't need to fit the category perfectly, but in general the varying rate should give those who can wait a good rate and those who cant, shan't.
