About Thomas Grube - Learn and Play the Violin

I started playing the violin at the age of 5 and I have more than 30 years violin teaching experience. I have the proven ability to successfully teach and motivate students at all ages and levels and to make violin playing enjoyable for everybody.
I studied violin at the Lübeck Academy of Music (Germany) and I have profound orchestral and soloist experience. I work with children at the age of 5 with no background in music as well as with experienced musicians.
I teach the practical technique of violin playing (Classical, Suzuki) and the accompanying music theory (if desired).
I tailor the choice of music and the way of teaching to the needs and interests of my students. I introduce my students to musical interaction at an early stage and let them play musical pieces together.
I think that apart from professional teaching and learning, playing an instrument must be fun and my students definitely enjoy playing the violin.
