Coaching
Are you stressed, stuck in a rut, or looking for clarity and focus to move your life forward? Do you have a problem you need to solve, but can't seem to see how to do so? If you've said "Yes" to any of these, a coach can help you.
Coaches come in all shapes, sizes, levels of experience and qualification, so it's sometimes hard to know how to choose one who's right for you.
If you and I agree that we're a good "fit" for coaching I usually recommend weekly or fortnightly sessions, but there is no set schedule or minimum number of appointments. I also have a number of programmes available, for individual or group coaching.
Remember, I'm a REAL coach, who offers REAL results - the company name says it all, really.
