About Sue-Ellen Vaatuitui - Harcourts Ferrymead

Being born and raised and having spent a large percentage of my
adult life in the Chatham Islands, I have developed a strong sense
of community. I understand the central role a home plays in family
life, and how important it is to surround ourselves with the things
that are most important to us.
Because of that, I also understand the gravity of any property
transaction – after all, the decision to buy or sell can impact
everything from the neighbourhoods our children grow up in to the
financial security we enjoy as we grow older.
It’s my job to guide you through the process, making is as stressfree
as possible. I do that by providing expert advice and ensuring
you always have the information and knowledge you need to make
the best decisions.
On a personal note, I’m a friendly, family-orientated individual
with great communication skills and a keen sense of humour. My
background in small business management and administration has
armed me with an array of practical skills, and I take pride in being
intuitive, resourceful, and cool under pressure.
