After living in Spain for 14 years and being in the restaurant business, we have brought a little piece of Spain to Matakana. Terracotta cookware is used in Spain in all restaurants, tapas bars and in the home. The clay is unique and very strong and can be used on open flame. The hand-painted ceramics are again unique in the patterns and colours of the province of Andalucia.
