We are experts in identifying and treating skin cancers. At the SkinCheck Clinic we help you monitor and care for your skin. If we find a skin cancer it is highly likely our treatment will mean a complete cure.
Our Auckland skin cancer centre offers a range of treatment options to ensure you receive the most appropriate care. Each treatment is as low-impact as possible with minimum disruption to your life. All of our treatments are carried out at the clinic, therefore no hospitalisation or referral to other consultants is usually necessary. Depending on your diagnosis, treatment could include a simple topical cream, cryotherapy or dermatosurgery.
Dr Chris Boberg founded The Skin Cancer clinic in 2011. As one of New Zealand’s leading skin cancer experts he has been a strong advocate for skin cancer prevention and treatment. His philosophy is to educate and ensure awareness of the dangers of skin cancers.
Dr Andrew MacGill is a skin cancer expert trained in dermoscopy and is an affiliated provider for Southern Cross. Over the past 18 years he has diagnosed and removed hundreds of malignant melanomas and managed numerous other cutaneous malignancies.
Aside from the clinical treatments we offer, we can also help you with your day-to-day skin care through our on-site skin rejuvenation clinic. Our treatment menu has been carefully developed to cater for different skin conditions such as rosacea, acne, pigmentation, broken capillaries and aging. We offer a range of skin products from DMK designed to care for your skin, from everyday cleansers to boosters and supplements.
