Hi, my name is Karen, and I have over 25 years experience in the "rag trade", having had my own workshop making one off designs to measure, and pattern making for a couple of high-end NZ designers.
For the past 10 years, I have loved teaching sewing, design, and pattern making skills - initially at School of Design, and for the last 5 years, from my home workroom.
Quality one-on-one sewing & design tuition for students of any age, with the focus on originality, as well as technical skills, in a relaxed environment.
