The core of our security service systems is our 24x7 national operations and monitoring centre, with advanced technology, including rapid response of highly trained security personnel. Our centres are the reason why SECOM is chosen by so many customers.
Our Monitoring Centre is currently one of only two A1 Graded Monitoring Centres within New Zealand this is accredited by the New Zealand Security Association (NZSA) to ensure compliance with AS 2201.2:2004.
Through our monitoring centres we provide 24x7 presence and support for all our employees and customers, ensuring that both our clients and employees receive the best possible protection at all times.
Our Centres have full redundancy, with multiple levels of backup in the event of an emergency, to guarantee comprehensive surveillance.
