We all strive to be independent and active. And so we should. We are so often on our own navigating our own path. Going for a walk, taking the bus or train, locking up the office, parking our car a distance from our destination, living alone.
But negotiating the world isn’t always easy and at times we all feel a little vulnerable and unsafe.
Sometimes it’s just good to know that there are people around you that would jump to your aid if anything was wrong.
In an emergency, it’s often impossible to reach for your phone. Safelet is a wearable ‘SOS bracelet’ that lets you instantly alert your friends, family, neighbours and loved ones with your location and that you need help. We call these people your community of guardians. Like guardian angels ready to help when needed!
