We are a lively and experienced architectural design practice, having operated here on the Coast for 11 years. I am qualified with Bachelor of Architecture. We are committed to discovering the spirit of this coastal and rural environment, with buildings that are appropriate for Owner, Site and Neighbourhood. While delighting in this coastal / rural region we are also vigorously interested in the local urban change out here in Kapiti. Our approach to Site and environment also attracts Clients from Wellington to Wairarapa and Manawatu: and as far away as New England in NSW. Our strong design focus, engages thoroughly with you, the Client, to explore the best results for a building project most suited to you and your way of life. We manage the design and building consent journey through to Final Completion for your move in. While very challenging for you we expect the build process to provide you with a rewarding experience, where your decisions fit comfortably within the daily time frames of the Contractor's build plan.
